Depending on what you're needing, whether its a reasonable accommodation request for your workplace or a VA Claim Letter, Frontline Connections may be able to assist! 

For your provider to provide their formal professional opinion, there must be a an established therapeutic relationship between you and your provider, which can only be built over time.

Due to the effort involved in tailoring a letter to your specific needs, we do require at least two weeks advance notice for your provider to draft any requested letter. This is to ensure that your provider has ample time to thoroughly review your records and, if necessary,  follow up with you.

We're sorry to say that we generally don't provide letters or statments supporting a need for emotional support animials.
